Snowtober

Last Saturday brought more than the excitement of Halloween creeping in on New York City. It also brought the first October snow storm since 1925.

This historic storm covered Central Park with 2.9 inches of snow which is unheard of since snowfall records began in 1869.

While most of us in the city are worried about fighting off the ridiculously cold weather that is expected to hit this winter, maybe it’s time to communally worry about the visible effects of climate change.
