We all know what to do with the leftover pizza from Friday night (clearly the answer is eat it for breakfast the next morning), but do we know what to do with the box that it came in? Throwing it away seems to be a waste of potentially recyclable cardboard, but saving it with its grease and cheese coating also appears illogical.
ECO Incorporated, based in New York City, has finally figured out a way to make pizza boxes more environmentally friendly. Using perforated, 100% recycled cardboard, the box essentially acts as not only a pizza transport device, but also dinner plates and the storage container for the next day (no need for tinfoil or plastic wrap).
